Reading this article I found this :
The "Portals"
Nowhere is there any sign of the "portal days" in any of the Maya texts, and, just as Arguelles said, this was contributed by Tony Shearer. However, in The Mayan Factor, and also in Shearer's book, Beneath the Moon and Under the Sun, it is implied that the pattern was discovered by observing that the squares add to 28, in groups of 4. This is true for the pattern, but is also true for all squares on the Tzolkin, with the exception of the central column; every square, when added to its 3 other symmetrical equivalents - one in each quadrant of the grid, adds to 28. This reduces the meaning of the pattern to a totally subjective level.
Also:
The pattern of "portals" superimposed on the Tzolkin grid is one of many possible superimposed patterns with equal meaning or lack of it.

I now wonder what other patterns can be superimposed over the Tzolkin?? Investigation time!! Any discoveries to share folks?
Whilst I see the holes in the theory of Dreamspell it does not lessen for me the prophetic or synchronic nature of the Dreamspell Synchronometer - it is brilliantly successful as a TRANSITIONAL 'calendar'. It has brought the attention of humanity to the inaccuracies of modern 'time keeping' and initiated a tidal wave of revelation and development in synchronic consciousness.
For all its 'inaccuracies' it is a beautiful gift!
We are all nubies once more with this re-born science of time – of course even the leaders in the field will make errors. It is mostly through our errors that we learn the most! And it is also through our errors that we unexpectedly discover some of our most brilliant revelations! We just need to follow through and keep on with the study and practice of all time science. We know the Greg is disharmonicaly synchronic and that we wish to move into a collective space of harmonically synchronic . . . this we are accomplishing. We may be slow but we will get there in the end and we do have all the time in the world :-)

Tue, April 19, 2005 - 7:13 PMjust today i was tossing something around in the old dome... perhaps there are other forms of life out there in the galaxy that form around a structure other than DNA... non double helix formations... and is is possible, if perhaps these non-dnas have say a square formation and by imposing a square on the harmonic module and adding up the resulting highlighted tones you come to the number of days that the planet supporting this other life form has in its rotation around its star???
lets not forget that the double-helix is not arbitrary, it is the form around which all life on earth (exibiting a 4x7x13+1 year) is based.... also remember in the crossover polarity zone, not including the center column, there are 64 kin, 64 possible codons...
the calendar may be transitional, but we have much to transition through and learn from before tossing it aside as 'inaccurate' -

innacuracies eh?
If one were looking at the references really being referenced it can and does show that yes the full of the "Occult Quartets" do sum together to be 28. Here's a few suggested readings to help a bit with the 52 GAP days and the Tzolkin"Overlay".
To realy meditate within the patterns in numerical balance in the Tzolkin/permutation table,coloring according to the 4 color root races really helps,God willing.
Many kin people have and are continuing to unravel possible informing uses(attuning possibilities) within the Tzolkin/Galactic Spin. Also the continual deepening awareness that is cultivating with the use(attuning possibilities) of the Dreamspell Synchronometer,God willing.
i am not with a copy of the tony shearer book being referenced,

though,in "The Lord of the Dawn" pg. 168-169-(english)
talks very clearly the way of quartering the Tzolkin and how the four corners of the four quarters add to 28 each.
And how 28 relates with the 28 year cycle of Saturn.
"At first we recognize the 28 days as the Moon cycle of the human female.
Later,we see it as the 28 year cycle of the planet Saturn. We look backward or forward at our own Saturn cycle, and perhaps we ask,"How many Saturn cycles are ther in a lifetime?" "
oh and the planet Saturn is near the Moon these kindays,God willing.
It also informs about how the top two numbers and the bottom two of the seventh column(mystic column) add to be 28.
That's 4 Dragon And 5 Wind with 9 Storm and 10 Sun.

Wed, April 20, 2005 - 1:59 PMI'm just wondering if that feeling of nubie-ness means that we are close to a sense of timelessness? Invention a sign that we are cocreators in the present moment? This borderland that we walk between time and timelessness gives only partial clues. I wonder why Geoff calls himself a arrogant dualist chimp? We are not trying to pigeon hole people. We want to know more about ourselves. I don't think we have to in anyway undermine the many generations who have kept these calendars. In fact, we are them...aren't we? That's it for now.

Really the loom of maya is the matrix origin of all synchronicity. I watch the Long Count, the Dreamspell and my own synchronic creation, ASP. I tell you the synchronicity of the collective is awesome!
For example on Magnetic Dragon in the Dreamspell a few days ago. The Long Count had 2808 days remaining and the ASP had elapsed 3808 days. Love it! -

Meditation 6 of the 28 Meditations on the Law of Time.
"You see that the Loom of Mayahas 52 positions. We know that there are 52 seven-day weeks a year. By implication the 52 weeks are there (in the Loom of Maya). Seven days times 52 is 364. 28 times 13 is 364. 7x4 is 28. 4x13=52. This is a deep meditation. You can go in the middle of it and begin to feel the pulsation of the numbers,because the numbers are fourth-dimensional mental sensory qualities. You have to enter into the meditation in the middle,to understand and feel the mental sensory pulsations of the number codes. When we look at the center...13 and 1=14. 4 and 10 = 14. the whole pattern is recapitulated in the seventh column,where every set of numbers also adds up to 14. 5 and 9=14,and so on. But the key is right here(in the very center),13 and 1,1 and 13. So this is,as i said,a profound meditation where we can feel the pulsation on the number codes.
The 52 we know also because every 52 years there are exactly 73 Tzolkin cycles. We know the number 73 because every year there are 73 Chromatics (5 day cycles). So we have every year 73 Chromatics to 52 weeks,and in a solar-galactic cycle,52 years with 73 Tzolkins. This is why we say that following the 13 Moon Calendar we will be able to go to the perfection,because now we understand the mathematical order of the fourth-dimesion. We have made it conscious. I have a dilemma. That is I have too much vindicating information for the law of time and not computer time to share.
let me just say that the full 'Investigating' article, when combined with the article by Jose "Adjusting the discrepancies' and the 7777 book do nothing more than completely redeem the info in the Chilam Balam sources.
one little example that i have time for:
in the part of the the investigating article that deals with the mixed dates 18 Zac , 11 Chuen, 11 Chen, and 3 Kan I feel our author spent too much time correlating dates and not enough in simply meditating on the codes. It simply came to me: 11 Chen and 18 Zac occur 47 days apart. 3 Kan and 11 Chuen occur 47 days apart. Therefore in a Lunar Wizard (2 Ix) year 3 Kan will occur on the day 11 Chen and 47 days later 11-Chuen will fall on 18 Zac.
In the year 2012 the traditional count and dreamspell with have a 47 day difference so that the day 3-Kan traditional will be 11-Chuen (Jose's galactic sig) dreamspell.
This realization came to me along with many other crystallizations over the last few days, beginning two days ago on 11-Chuen dreamspell, and I post it today 3-Kan traditional.
This is the proof: Dreamspell opened the law of time within myself to discover the prophetic merit of the Chilam Balam 'errors' and is therefore the code upon which it is predicated.
Writers who engage in criticism of the Chilam Balam, reformulated and otherwise, forget that they used the 'language of the zuvuya' which was not meant to be logically clear, but intuitively profound. To say there are errors of calculation or calibration between Dreamspell and the Chilam Balam books is to say there are errors of punctuation and grammar in Finnegan's Wake.
The reason the Dreamspell assigns, for example 5-Muluc to the year -bearer role 1594-95 rather than 1-Muluc is explained in Jose's essay, circa 1997 "Adjusting the Discrepancies within the Cuceb-Chilam Balam Correlation"
By trying to analyze the correlations without immersing ourselves in the codes of natural time we treat the Chilam Balam texts as though we were conquering europeans rather than as though we were dream-centered time-travelling maya ....
